ingredients



For boiling pasta-

 - 1 Cup Penne pasta                                        
4 cup                                           Water
2 tablespoons                                 Oil


For making sauce


1/2 tea spoon                  chilli flaks - 
1 Medium sized             onion finely chopped
 - 4 Small                      fresh red tomatoes -
 ½ Tsp                          crushed black pepper 
- 1 Tbsp                        finely chopped garlic 
- ½ Tsp                         mixed herbs
 - 3 Tbsp                      tomato ketchup
  1/2 teaspoon                        Oregano
- 1 table spoon Parmesan cheese - Some mozzarella cheese cut in to pieces - Salt to taste

1- Make the Pasta Sauce

2- Boil the Pasta
3- Mixing the sauce and pasta together
Put water in a pan and heat it.
Add salt, and  oil.
Now add your penne pasta in it and boil it for 7-8 minutes 

Your pasta should be al dente cooked
Now drain the water and keep it aside.






Cut the tomatoes from the top, removing their woody part/pith.
Put them in boiling water for 5-6 minutes(till the skin starts peeling off)
Now peel off the skin nicely and roughly chop the tomatoes.
Grind them in a mixie.

Now heat a pan and oil in it.
add finely chopped onion and cook 2 minutes
Add finely chopped garlic and red chilli flakes and stir them together.
Now pour the tomato paste and saute it.
Add salt, black pepper powder, cheese and Italian herb seasoning, oregano
Now add about 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup. .
Mix it and put it on low heat for 6-7 minutes till the sauce thickens and the quantity halves



Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and mix it well.
Now serve it hot.
You may sprinkle some parmesan cheesee on top.
