ingredients
for kadhi
2 cup curd
3/4 cup besan/ chickpea flour
2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon jeera/cumin seed
2 pinch asafoetida
1 tea spoon fenugreek seed
2-3 red chilli
1 tea spoon green chilli past
1tea spoon garlic past
1/2 tea spoon ginger past
1/2 tea spoon turmeric
1/2 tea spoon garam masala
1/2 tea spoon cursh coriander seed
2-3 bay leaves
1 mdiam chopped onion
salt per taste
1 1/2 litter water
For Pakora
1 onion
1 1/2 cup chopped spinch
- 1 tsp salt
-1 chopped green chillies
2 pinch turmeric
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 cup besan
-1 pinch baking soda
1/2 cup curd
salt per teste
for tadaka
1 table spoon oil/ghee
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon jeera/cumin seed
1 pinch asafoetida
for garnish
1 table spoon green coriader leaves
metod
- In a pan add some oil, hing, jeera, fenugreek, red chillies ,curshed coriender seed,bay leaves.
- In a bowl add curd, besan and whisk it then add water ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,turmeric,onion & add the mixture to the tadka
- Mix it well add salt keep stirring. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes

- Add salt to chopped onions green chillies ,spinach leaves,turmeric, red chilli powder and baking soda , besan and curd mix it well
- Fry the pakoras in an pan
finally, once turned golden brown, drain and keep aside.
- Add garam masala, coriander to the kadhi then add the pakoras and coriander leaves.
tadka
heat oil/ghee and add jeera ,asafoetida,red chilli,and immidetaly add kadhi and garnish green coriander leaves
Enjoy Kadhi Pakoda with roti, paratha or rice
