carrot 1 small
beet root 1 small piece
onion 1 small
garlic 10-12 piece

method
cut the tomatoes into large pieace.
make carrot,beet root and thin slices of onion.
salaries too thick cut.
put the garlic,onion,ginger into hot butter for the stock and take a little bit.
put the chopped carrot,beet root and salari and rosted.
then add chopped tomatoes and two cup of water ,cook till tomatoes become soft in the cooker.
griend this stock in a mixie and filter it with soups sieves.
for soup ,add corn flour to hot butter .
mix the ready made stock in it and cook it continuously until thickened.
