fresh caludron curd 1 cup
suger powder 1 cup
melted butter 1/2 cup
baking powder 1/2 tea spoon
baking soda 1 tea spoon
vanilla essence 1 tea spoon
DECORATION- CHOCOLATE SAUCE
METHOD
FILTER OUT THE FLOUR AND COCOA POWDER.
MIX CURD AND SUGER WELL.
MIX BAKING POWDER AND SODA IN IT.
IN THIS MIXTURE THE BUBBLES WILL GET UP AND THE MIXTURE WILL BLOOM SLIGHTLY.
THEN ADD MELT BUTTER AND ESSENCE.
FINALLY A MIX COCOA POWDER AND FLOUR.
IF THIS MIXTURE LOOKS VERY THICK THEN IT HAS GOT A LITTLE MILK.
PUT A MIXTURE OF BAKING TIN.
IN THE OVEN HEATED IN FRIST 10 MINUTES FOR 10 MINUTES AT 200 CENTIGRADE HEAT AND LATER ON 150 DEGREE CENTIGRADE FROM BAKE FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
COOK THE CAKE AND DECORATE IT WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE.
